I am a recent author of an ebook and paper back called “Heal from the Inside”. With over 26 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, I am a qualified Swim teacher & Coach, Personal trainer, Menopause and Nutrition Weightloss Practicitioner.

I've participated in and won a trophy in body building in Australia in 2015, competed in Triathlons and a 70.5 and had 2 children in the middle of all that.
